this happened sunday night we were driving home from quickys n there was dead stopped traffic wtf…so theres construction going on. so we were easing through traffic then a car white camry cuts us off X-(. wtf we r on the far right lane i guess this guy was “merging” in from other freeway. …halfamile away we just passed. this idiot (same car) continues driving on the damn shoulder for the longest time we even give him space ro go in and still he continues to drive on the damn shoulder. then out of no where! a cops appears driving right next to us. sirens on and everything. we let him through. he pulled over the guy in front of us driving on the shoulder for about a mile already. finally i got to see an idiot driver get pulled over.
